Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 1–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is $5.95. Orders over $50 qualify for a free surprise slime added to your order!

Can I return my slime?

Due to the handmade nature of our slimes, we do not accept returns. However, if your slime arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to check out.

How do I fix sticky or stiff slime?

For sticky slime, add a few drops of activator (saline solution) and knead. For stiff slime, add a tiny drop of lotion or water and knead until soft again.

Is your slime safe for kids?

Our slimes are handmade with care and recommended for ages 5 and up with adult supervision. They contain borax and should not be eaten.

Our slimes contain borax activator, which is common in most slimes. They are generally safe for children ages 5 and up with adult supervision for younger children. Slimes should never be ingested. Always wash hands before and after play, and store away from pets and babies.

With proper care, your SlimeGlory slime can last for months! Always seal the container tightly after play, store at room temperature, and play with clean hands. If your slime gets too stiff, add a few drops of water. If it gets too sticky, use a tiny drop of activator!

Don't panic! If your slime becomes sticky, add a tiny drop of activator (from our Activator Pens) and knead it in slowly. A little goes a LONG way, so add just a drop at a time until you reach the perfect texture. You can also watch Jenna's Slime Care video on the homepage!

If your slime has become stiff or hard, add a few drops of lotion or a tiny bit of water, then knead it well. Slime can stiffen if it's been left without the lid, stored in a cold place, or overworked. Warming it slightly in your hands before playing also helps!
